Class Description
Increase your flexibility with Lynn! The Yoga class is open to all levels, as the moderate pace is also appropriate for beginners. A gentle flow style is used to introduce more poses including basic inversions.
What to Expect
This class combines fundamentals of Yoga to clear the mind by peacefully flowing from one pose to the next linked with breath. The relaxed pace encourages awareness and ease in the experience of exploration, while allowing the release of tension and stress from the body and mind.
