Class Description
Have a refreshing workout with Beverly in Pool Power. Recognizing that some club members may have conditions that limit movement and exercise, the Pool Power class offers a non-threatening environment. Those rehabilitating from an injury or surgery will also find water exercises to be extremely beneficial.
What to Expect
The Pool Power class provides low intensity exercise in a shallow water aerobics class evironment focusing on strengthening and stretching with light cardio exercises. The buoyancy of the water provides a virtually impact-free cardiovascular workout, significantly reducin joint stress and muscle soreness. Also, water creates more resistance than air, aiding in strength training.
