The ultimate class designed to improve muscle tone and increase heart rate through fun and low impact movements. This class specializes in burning fat and strengthening your heart rate, as well as providing a great abs workout!


Step Aerobics:

This is a great fat burner for those at all fitness levels. Our Step Aerobics class keeps your heart pumping as your feet are stepping to a low impact workout.


Spinning:

Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary race bike, and can burn 500 to 600 calories in one session. The instructor guides you through a visualization of an outdoor cycling program.

This class builds core stability and structural integrity, targeting all those problem areas!


Body Sculpting:

Improve your mental and physical well-being, improve flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, joint and muscle tone. This class also teaches body awareness.


Full Body Toning:

This class is a dream come true for anyone with those stubborn areas: abs, butt, thighs and hips. This class features exercises designed to improve and tone the shape of your body. You’ll also get a great upper body workout!
