Class Description
Have fun and get in shapes with Vicki! The Cardio Ball class is moderately paced and designed to be fun and invigorating. Overweight individuals with weak lower backs and those seeking a diversified and stimulating cardio and toning workout are encouraged to attend.
What to Expect
In the Cardio Ball class, you will tone and firm the abdominal and core muscles using a fitness (Swiss) ball, strengthen and define leg and upper body muscles, and improve the cardio-vascular system and overall stability. This class utilizes hand weights during the strength training/toning and a fitness ball.
