Class Description
Gain strength and flexibility with Ball Pilates! This class is a fun and challenging way to reinforce the key elements of core stabilization, balance, and control. Pilates is a core workout that uses a fitness (or Swiss) ball and engages the whole body.
What to Expect
With the Ball Pilates class, you will quickly see an improvement in your flexibility, posture, strength, and a feeling of less stress. Using the unstable nature of the fitness ball to perform exercises emphasizes strengthening and stretching of all of the muscles, but especially the stabilizer muscles.
