Group Fitness Room
- Our Group Fitness Room is action packed with energetic instructors. Our class descriptions and schedules are available online or at the front desk, so you can keep track of who is teaching what and when! Try something new and find the right ones for you!
- The room is always available to all members during non-class hours for stretching or individual training. It will be left with the perfect lighting and music for your convenience.
Abdominal / Stretching Room
- Dynabody’s new Ab Room offers equipment that will make your ab workouts as effective and results-driven as possible. Always ask one of Dynabody’s personal trainers for tips on the best way to get started. They are there for you!
Strength Training Area
- Dynabody’s strength training includes machines by Body Masters, Life Fitness, Star Trac, and Hammer Strength, as well as a massive collection of free weights. Always feel free to ask one of our personal trailers for help, advice, or a spot. Remember, they are there for you!
Cardio Equipment
- Dynabody has over 25 pieces of cardio equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, and recumbent cycles. New flat screen televisions are viewable from all cardio areas.
